Using a power sprayer mounted in the back of our technicians truck, we spray on average of 3 to 5 feet up the foundation and 5 to 10 feet out into the yard. We carry that barrier completely around your home. We spray under all eaves and overhangs plus, around all doors and windows really focusing on all entry points. This will establish a consistent barrier. We will treat all fire ant mounds individually around the immediate home area. We will also knock down cob webs and wasp nests where we are able to reach.
Interior
Using a hand held sprayer, we will treat (by spraying around the base boards) each and every room and storage space where accessible. Using a hand duster, we will dust in cracks, between appliances and behind furniture where product label allows. Using an electric pump duster, we will treat the attic areas and crawl space where accessible. |

The products we use are labeled for hospitals, nursing homes and food processing plants. They give off no odors. You can be present while most treatments are performed. The products we use are labeled for a wide variety of insects. Roaches, all ants, spiders, wasps & scorpions just to name a few.
Warranty
The one time service is guaranteed for 30 days. We also offer a quarterly service where we come out every 90 days and all recalls are free in between the regularly scheduled service. There is no warranty on flying insects.
These two types of insects are treated differently, making the cost more expensive. In order to get control of these pests, we must spray 100% of the floor and yard areas infested. On the interior, even the furniture is sprayed where label allows. All areas to be treated must be cleared of all clutter and floors need to be vacuumed prior and after the treatment. Vacuum bags need to be thrown away. All bedding needs to be washed. And, the home must be vacated for at least one hour after treatment. Technician will advise more procedures if needed in extreme cases. |

The German roach is one of the most common roaches found in apartment houses, restaurants, and hotels. German roaches ( eggs included), are "brought in", usually on man's belongings, luggage, boxes or packages. All it takes, is bringing in one egg capsule, six months later you do have an infestation.
It is one of the most challenging to manage and eliminate-but can be done.. To accurately and completely eliminate these roaches you need to attack them from several fronts...using baits, dusts, growth regulators and pheromone traps.
They have the most eggs produced, shortest development cycle, best survival rate of the young, and the most adaptive feeding habits of most of the roaches. Because of this "high reproductive potential" they have a greater ability to develop resistance against insecticides.
The best way to eliminate the German roach in homes, apartments, nursing homes, hospitals and restaurants is to use a combination of baits, residual sprays, dusts and growth regulators.
 First of all, mice and rats are treated differently. Depending on the conditions and infestation, the treatment will vary. The technician will need to do a thorough inspection and then, advise on the best way to solve the problem.
Exterior (if needed)
We will first, inspect to find out where rodents are gaining access to the structure. Then, we will advise and offer exclusion services. If exterior treatment is needed, we will apply bait stations strategically placed to provide a barrier before entry to the structure is gained.
Interior
Again, depending on conditions and infestation, we will use a variety of snap traps , glue boards and/or toss packs.
