Exterior
We use the conventional treatment verses the baiting system. The treatment consists of digging a trench around the perimeter of the structure. If you have a pier and beam foundation, the trench will be dug around the interior as well as the exterior and around each pier. The trench is on average of six inches wide and six inches deep. The trench is flooded with the termiticide at a rate of four gallons per ten feet.

Interior
Where bath traps are cut into the foundation, we will cut a small hole in the wall to gain access to the trap. The traps are also flooded with the termiticide. Then, the hole is covered with a plate cover or metal vent. These accesses are not sealed permanently in order to regain access for inspections.

Product

Treatment
This is a one time treatment. By law, there must be a reinfestation to apply additional treatments.

The service is guaranteed for one year. At the end of the year you will receive a free inspection and offered the opportunity to renew your warranty at ten percent of the original cost.
